Mrs. Dina Rubio, Founder & Chairman of Latin Quarter WPB; Recipient of FSHCC's 2018 Outstanding Hispanic Leadership Award.  Dina migrated with her family from Nicaragua to West Palm Beach in 1981.  She worked for a short time at Northern Telecom to help her family in settling in the new country.  In 1982 Dina enrolled Palm Beach Junior College and received her AA degree in Interior design continuing later her studies at Florida International University for her bachelor’s degree. 

In 1994, Dina, together with her husband acquired several locations of Don Ramon Restaurant and remains engaged in this business full time until today. This includes control of quality, marketing, personnel, inventory and mainly customer service. 

Working and living in the same city, Dina learned the importance of getting involved.  She joined various nonprofit organizations that represent the best of the community including, Southside Business Association, HACER Ministries, ASPIRA of Florida, American Cancer Society, South Olive Elementary (SAC) among others.

Co-Founder of Latin Quarter WPB, Arlen Castillo's passion is community engagement and family empowerment. Arlen is Columnist, Mundo Offshore; Medical Education Coordinator for the Latin American Region at Zimmer Biomet, Inc., a global Fortune 500 Company. TV Host, Latina Empowerment.

COO, Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce; Co-Chair of FSHCC's GLOBAL INITIATIVE COUNCIL, whose mission is to foster cultural and humanitarian exchanges in order to develop economic opportunities for all; CEO, IGI Foundation.

Arlen serves as COO of the Mur Law Firm, P.A., a multinational law firm, and is the firm's Director of H.E.L.P, (Hispanic Entrepreneur Leadership Program), an innovative mentoring program for aspiring Hispanic Entrepreneurs; Co-Author, Now You're Cooking with Latin Flavors and screenplay title




Cuban born Hispanic Community Outreach Advocate and Co-Founder of the Latin Quarter of WPB, Lazaro J. Mur, Esq., focuses on the needs of the Hispanic Community at the Southend of the City of West Palm Beach. 

Lazaro is the Chairman Emeritus of the Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and former Chairman of the National Organization HCREO; Founder of The Mur Law Firm, serving the community for over 35 years; and HolaTV Host of Movimiento Poder Hispano and Camino Al Exito, helping Hispanics Achieve the Immigrant American Dream.
